Roger-Marc Nicoud recently attended an event in Brussels celebrating the new partnership between HINA Bioventures and OUAT!, developer of the HakoBio digital twin platform dedicated to the biopharmaceutical industry.

This strategic investment aims to accelerate the adoption of Industry 4.0 and digital twin technologies across bioprocess development and manufacturing.

The transaction was principally financed through funds of Roger-Marc Nicoud, founder and former CEO of Novasep, and of Ypso-Facto, a recognized provider of bioprocess modelling solutions.
