This talk will explore how mechanistic modelling of affinity chromatography can accelerate the design of multicolumn purification processes. The session will highlight solutions to key challenges in vaccine production, illustrate how advanced modelling enhances process simulation, and demonstrate its role in supporting efficient scale-up in bioproduction.
