Ypso-Facto acquires SRT Expertise et Conseil

On October 30th, 2014, Ypso-Facto acquired SRT Expertise et Conseil, a consulting company initially created by Serge Ratton, former Research Director of Rhodia.

SRT Expertise et Conseil is based in Lyon with a focus on chemical processes, markets and products. This expertise will make an important contribution to the future development of Ypso-Facto.
