Cybersecurity : the protection of your data, the heart of our concerns
For a few years, data protection has become a major issue for companies immersed in a new interconnected world where digital exchanges are essential.
The risks of cybercrime are not linked to a sector, a company or a profession… Both at the professional and personal level, as soon as we use any digital tool, our data is exposed to risks of cybercrime.
Cybersecurity is the set of legal and technical provisions that any company must take to preserve the integrity of its computer network and its files.
As we offer digital tools to help life science industries develop, optimize and evaluate their chemical and biochemical processes, cybersecurity is therefore at the heart of our concerns. At Ypso-Facto, this is a risk that we consider from the design of our solutions in order to mitigate it. We advocate the "Security by Design" approach, inspired by the ISO/IEC 27034:2011+ standard.
Our actions are concrete and focus on two themes:
- First of all, train our employees in safety. Making employees responsible for cybersecurity has become a necessity. As Anne Adams, Martina Angela Sasse note in their article "Users are not the enemy": users generally lack knowledge of digital security and raising awareness of cybersecurity among teams helps reduce incidents. At Ypso-Facto, each employee is trained upon entry and we do a reminder every year.
- Finally, our developers correct potential vulnerabilities before going into production and we ensure a high level of requirement at all stages of our CI/CD cycle. To do this, we use a set of software solutions that cover the software development cycle, including: SonarQube©, DevAudit, Security Code Scan, etc.
We are committed to providing you with the best possible experience and to guaranteeing the security of all your data.
